How to Be Smarter

  • Read regularly. Reading is one of the best ways to improve your intelligence. It exposes you to new ideas and information, and it helps you develop your critical thinking skills.
  • Challenge yourself. Don’t be afraid to take on new challenges, both in your personal and professional life. This will help you stretch your mental muscles and grow as a person.
  • Stay curious. The world is a big and complex place, and there’s always something new to learn. Keep your mind open to new ideas and experiences.
  • Be a lifelong learner. Education doesn’t end when you graduate from school. There are endless opportunities to learn new things throughout your life.
  • Nurture your creativity. Creativity is a key ingredient to intelligence. Find ways to express your creativity through art, music, writing, or other activities.

How to Be Stronger

  • Exercise regularly. Physical exercise is not only good for your physical health, but it also has a positive impact on your mental health. Exercise helps to reduce stress, improve mood, and boost self-esteem.
  • Eat a healthy diet. What you eat has a big impact on your energy levels, mood, and overall health. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
  • Get enough sleep. Sleep is essential for both physical and mental health. When you’re well-rested, you’re better able to focus, learn, and make decisions.
  • Manage stress. Stress can take a toll on your physical and mental health. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, or spending time with loved ones.

There are many things you can do to become smarter, stronger, and better in life. By following the tips above, you can start to make positive changes in your life today.

Success is not an accident, nor is failure. Success leaves a trail, so if you follow the footsteps of successful people, no matter where you start, you will eventually reach the same destination.

Understand that nothing works the first time. The average number of times a person tries a new goal before giving up is less than one. Most people give up before they even try. They say they want to be financially independent, but then they give up and say they can’t do it because of this or that.

Your job is to vote yourself off of Someday Isle and start taking control of your life. Self-made millionaires have a series of qualities that, if you have them, will virtually guarantee your success. If you don’t have these qualities, they are learnable. The first quality is to dream big.

Practice what is called “back from the future thinking” and project forward. Develop a vision of yourself as happy, healthy, wealthy, and thin. Practice what top people practice, which is called “idealization.” Project forward several years and imagine that your life is perfect in every way. Imagine that you have no limitations. Imagine that you have all the time, money, friends, contacts, education, experience, and that you could be or have anything you want in life. If your life were perfect in five years, what would it look like? How much would you be earning? How much would you be worth? What kind of family life would you have? What kind of health would you have? What kind of car would you be driving? What would your life be like if you could wave a magic wand and make it perfect in every way? We have found that this is the starting point of great riches and great success in life: having a dream or vision of a wonderful future.

Here’s an exercise that we give our audiences: make a list of everything you could possibly want in life, no matter how big or small. This is called a “dream list.” It’s like a kid’s Christmas list, where you can let your imagination run wild.

The second step is to do what you love to do. Successful people are passionate about their work. They love what they do, and it shows. When you find something, you love to do, it will give you energy, motivation, and enthusiasm. It’s likely something you were meant to do from the time you were born.

Self-made millionaires often say they’ve never worked a day in their life. They just do what they enjoy. For example, I once had a graduate student who told me that he’d always loved airplanes. He had airplane books, models, and remote-controlled planes. He eventually went to school to study aeronautical engineering. Today, at the age of 35, he owns three companies: one builds small aircraft, one repairs and services small aircraft, and one leases and charters small aircraft. He says he’s never worked a day in his life because he’s just been playing with planes since he was a kid.

To find your passion, think back to when you were a child between the ages of 7 and 14. What did you really love to do? You may find that your passion is something you’re meant to do as an adult.

The third step is to commit to excellence. This was difficult for me as a young man because I was never good at anything. I was never picked for any teams, and if I was, I was the first person cut. I got lousy grades in school, and I was fired from multiple jobs.

But then I realized that all successful people are excellent at what they do. The old question they asked Willie Sutton the bank robber, why do you rob banks? He said, “That’s where the money is.” Well, being in the top 10% is where the money is.

If you want to be successful, you have to pay any price and make any sacrifice to get into the top 10% in your field. But here’s the good news: if you’re doing what you love to do, you will want to be in the top 10% in your field. If you don’t want to be excellent at what you’re doing, it means you’re in the wrong field.

There are a lot of people who are in their field, and they do their job, but they don’t think about their work outside of work hours. This kind of attitude means that you have no future. You have a very shaky present, and you have no future because if you’re not doing what you love to do and throwing your whole heart into it, you’re just marking time.

But everyone is designed so that there is something they love to do and that they can do well. The fact that you love it means that you probably have the ability to excel at it. So, make the decision to get into the top 10%.

I was struggling in my late 20s when I realized that everyone who is successful today started out at the bottom. It takes time and effort to achieve mastery in your field, but it is possible for anyone who is willing to put in the work and the efforts.

The time will pass anyway, so you might as well use it to your advantage. Start working towards your goals today, and in five to seven years, you will be at the top of your field.

Everyone has unique talents and abilities that can be developed to their fullest potential. Take some time to reflect on your past successes and identify what you are good at. This will help you to focus your efforts on the things that you are most likely to succeed in.

See yourself as self-employed. This means taking responsibility for your own life and making the decisions that will lead you to success. Don’t wait for someone else to rescue you; take control of your own destiny.

Finally, develop a clear sense of direction. What do you want to achieve in life? Once you know your goals, you can start making a plan to achieve them.
